GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT OUR CAP1 BOARDINGHOUSE
We are looking forward to welcoming you Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Even we are not on site around the clock, you can always call us on our phone number (+0049 (0)2401 95739 93) in case of emergency and get help.
Our rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival, on the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 10 am.
We offer our guests free parking and free high-speed internet.
We do not come in your room every day, a first cleaning is done on the third day after your arrival, the bed linen and towels change in a 7-day rhythm.
All rooms are non-smonking rooms, pets are not allowed.
Check-in / Check-out
Through our digital guest companion we offer you a comfortable solution for independent check-in and check-out. You can check-in from 3 pm and receive an access code to the Boardinghouse and you can retrieve your room card from a card coding device.
Check-out is also automated, after 10 am you will no longer have access to your room with your room card. You will receive the invoice for your stay by mail. We kindly ask you to deposit your room card in a box provided for this purpose in the entrance area.
